counselling (individual)

Counselling in-person $135 / Counselling via Zoom $135

I offer one-to-one counselling, and couples counselling in-person from Parnell, Auckland or via Zoom (nationally & internationally). I am guided by indigenous models, theories and practices and I work from a relational, strength-based, and narrative therapy foundation. I work within a range of areas some of these include; living with chronic pain, stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, loss, grief, grief after suicide, self-esteem, building confidence, cultural understanding and competency, spirituality, intimacy, self-love, BIPOC & LBGTQI+ friendly, and so much more. . Appointments are 50 minutes. Saturday appointments are required to be pre-paid and have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

counselling (couple + whānau)

Counselling (couple) $150 / Counselling (whānau) $150 p.h

I offer couple and whānau counselling in-person from Parnell, Auckland or via Zoom (nationally & internationally). I practice from and EFT (emotionally focused therapy) model and I am guided by indigenous models, theories and practices. I work within a broad range of areas some of these include; stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, loss, grief, self-esteem, building confidence, cultural understanding and competency, spirituality, intimacy, self-love, BIPOC & LBGTQI+ friendly, and so much more. supervision + Cultural supervision

Supervision $150 / Group $90 p.p (2+)

I offer supervision to support workers and anyone wanting to understand more about themselves and their practice, this includes support workers, life coaches, healers, personal trainers and people working with people. Appointments are 50 minutes.

Puawānanga Kaitiaki

Puawānanga Kaitiaki $150

As a student or provisional member of NZAC undertaking work around working with Māori is fundamental. As tangata whenua I can support you in this journey. Appointments are 50 minutes. Payment required in full.

Groups + Corporate

Starting at $450

I am available for a range of roles within group work in not for profit and corporate settings, including facilitating group work, group supervision, team connection and team building.
